Directions:

Mash in with 5 gallons of water at 150°F for 60 min. Sparge at 170°F for 15 min. and collect around 7.5 gallons of wort. Boil for 75 minutes, hopping as indicated. Chill and aerate wort and pitch the yeast. Ferment at 68° F. Dry hop one week into fermentation.
