Directions:

Mash in with 6 gallons of water at 152°F for 60 min. Sparge at 170°F for 15 min. and collect around 8 gallons of wort. Boil for 60 minutes, hopping as indicated. Chill and aerate wort and pitch the yeast. Ferment at 68°F. Dry hop about 10 days after pitching.
